We're currently looking to recruit an HR Administrator who will be responsible for HR administration across our designated business units, as well as supporting employees to access and use our HR systems.

As part of an exciting period of business transformation, Apleona is transitioning from the Access Group HR platform to SAP SuccessFactors. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting employees across both systems during the transition period, receiving training on SAP while continuing to provide support for our existing Access Group platform.

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact, providing a prompt and professional response to HR administration queries. You will process all HR transactional activities, including starters, leavers, sickness absence and pensions, and will be responsible for setting up new starter accounts and processing all documentation connected to a new employee, including right to work checks, DBS and enhanced company vetting.

In addition, you will provide administrative support for all TUPE transfers of staff into and out of the business, supporting the HR operational team.

The individual in this role will conduct several tasks to ensure employees have smooth and positive experience, while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality when handling both internal and external information.

As an Apleona HR Administrator, we’re looking for:

Experience in a shared service function or busy office environment
Strong administration skills

Ability to organise workloads and work to deadlines
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes during periods of change
Experience supporting users with HR systems and self-service applications
Previous experience of SAP SuccessFactors or a willingness to learn new HR technologies

In return, we’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of our awesome team.
