RPA Flow Design & Build — design and build supporting components (Python scripts) for medium-to-high complexity RPA end-to-end flows that perform mass data creation and maintenance, ensuring master-data-standards compliance.
Cleanse Planning & Tracking — plan cleanse and migration steps and timelines to project plans and migration methodology; proactively track progress for timeline adherence and standards compliance; manage the data-owner relationship through cleansing to completion.
Process-First Structuring — understand HR process dependencies to sequence data migration and structure HR master data to meet process and analytical requirements.
