At Gate One, our Principals are trusted advisors to senior client leaders, accountable for client impact, business growth and shaping the future of our consultancy. They build executive relationships, lead complex transformation programmes and develop high-performing teams.

Within our People, Culture & Change practice, we help organisations deliver people-centred transformation that is practical, sustainable and connected to business outcomes. Our work spans enterprise change, culture and leadership, organisational development, strategic workforce planning, organisation design and HR transformation.

As organisations respond to changing business models, new technology and the impact of AI on work, senior HR leaders are facing fundamental questions about workforce composition, skills, operating models, performance and organisational capability.

As a Principal, you will help build and grow Gate One’s HR & Workforce Transformation capability, working with CHROs, CPOs and senior business leaders to address these challenges.
