HR/Office Manager

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation based in London, currently seeking an HR/Office Manager to join their team on a maternity cover contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.

Duties include:

Managing recruitment: screening CVs, booking interviews, onboarding new starters
Coordinating staff training and development
Being first point of contact for HR matters
Handling HR documentation and liaising with management
Preparing payroll information
Supporting the HR function as required
Overseeing the smooth running of the office
Supervising an Office Administrator

About you:

Previous HR experience
Experience managing staff is highly desirable
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
