Remote (UK) or Hybrid (Swindon) Part-time – 18 hrs (3 days) Up to £19.46 per hour Start: 29 June | 3-month contract at present Interviews: 18 June
The Role
We’re supporting a national public sector organisation to find an experienced Internal Recruitment Adviser to manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment.
You’ll partner with hiring managers, deliver engaging attraction strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from attraction to onboarding
- Advise and influence hiring managers
- Create compelling adverts and campaigns
- Use ATS data to improve processes
- Support assessments, selection, and onboarding
About You
- Strong recruitment experience (adviser level)
- Proven high-volume hiring background
- ATS / recruitment systems experience
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- High attention to detail
