We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Medical Rostering Advisor to join a busy NHS organisation in North London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled rostering professional to play a key role in supporting safe staffing levels and effective workforce management across medical services.
The successful candidate will have strong experience within medical rostering, workforce systems, and payroll processes, with the confidence to work closely with senior clinical and operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain medical staffing rotas, ensuring safe and effective service delivery
- Coordinate bank staff bookings to support operational requirements
- Oversee and support medical payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Work closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to resolve rostering challenges
- Provide expert guidance on rostering systems and workforce utilisation
- Liaise with Allocate and support system-related workforce processes
Essential Requirements- Proven experience in medical rostering within the NHS or a similar healthcare setting
- Fully competent in using HealthRoster (or equivalent) and Bank Staff systems
- Previous experience liaising with Allocate
- Strong working knowledge of medical payroll processes
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Capable of working independently within a fast-paced operational environment
