Reward Lead
Location: West Yorkshire - 2 days per week in the office
Salary £85,000 - £95,000

We are looking for an experienced Reward Lead to shape and deliver a competitive and modern total reward strategy across a large, diverse workforce.
This role acts as the organisation's subject matter expert on reward, covering pay structures, incentives, executive remuneration and benefits. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, including Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors, ensuring reward frameworks align with business strategy, market practice and governance requirements within a PLC environment.
