Employee Relations Leader (EMEA)

A fantastic opportunity has just gone live with a global, high-growth organisation for an experienced Employee Relations leader to take ownership of their EMEA ER function.

📍 Location: London (1 Finsbury Avenue) or Dublin

📅 Contract: 12-month contract

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll:

Lead and develop a team of ER Partners across EMEA
Own and deliver the regional ER strategy
Handle complex, multi-country ER matters across key markets including Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain and more
Partner closely with Legal, HR, Compliance and senior stakeholders
Drive insights-led interventions, training and best practice across the region
Build strong relationships with Works Councils and employee representative bodies

💡 We’re looking for someone who:

Has deep expertise in European employee relations and labour law
Has led complex ER cases across multiple jurisdictions
Brings strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Is confident managing Works Council relationships
Ideally holds CIPD (or equivalent) and additional European language skills
