The role

As HR Manager you will work closely with Registered Managers and senior leaders to deliver effective people strategies across our services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading on employee relations

• Driving HR compliance

• Championing culture, employee engagement, and staff wellbeing initiatives

What we’re looking for

• CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or demonstrable equivalent experience

• Experience within social care, healthcare, or a similarly regulated environment (desirable)

• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law

• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

• A genuine passion for people and a commitment to delivering quality care
