We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support our UK Sales division at Computacenter.

In this strategic, high‑impact role, you will act as the trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping and delivering a people strategy that directly supports commercial performance. You’ll partner closely with Sales leadership, providing expert HR guidance while driving initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, engagement, and growth.

What you’ll do

Act as the single point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing expert advice on complex HR matters, organisational design, and ways of working
Build strong relationships with Sales leadership, influencing decisions and shaping the people agenda aligned to business objectives
Use HR data and insights to assess business performance and drive informed decision-making
Lead and support strategic change and transformation initiatives
Coach and develop senior leaders, enhancing leadership capability and organisational effectiveness
Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver joined-up, high-quality HR solutions
Identify opportunities to improve engagement, simplify processes, and optimise ways of working
Lead, mentor, and develop HR colleagues to ensure consistent, high‑quality HR delivery

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a complex, fast-paced environment
Essential: Experience supporting a Sales or commercial division, with a strong understanding of sales-driven organisations and challenges
Demonstrable experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and organisational development
Ability to translate business strategy into effective people plans
Commercial mindset with the ability to use data and insights to influence outcomes
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working within matrix or international organisations is advantageous
A collaborative, pragmatic, and solution‑focused approach
