Welcome to my profile! I've had a fantastic career spanning 22 years within the Talent Acquisition industry - starting out in agency before moving in-house to Gartner for 13 years, where I had the privilege to build and work within a world-class recruiting capability. I lead global teams across our Management Consultancy and Research & Analysis businesses, working with regions across North America, Europe and Asia.

For the last 6 years I have enjoyed a great career within Diageo, leading our Europe and India Corporate TA teams across every market and function in the region. With a team of over 65 team members located in 9 different countries, I've had the great opportunity to build this team into a high performing function that provides highly trusted and value added partnership to meet our business needs.

More recently, I have moved into a global HR Transformation role, leading a critical pillar within a $20m programme as we reshape the future of HR across our business.
