About

I am a strong candidate for the HR Advisor role as I bring over 11 years of Human Resources, complemented by more than nine years in customer service and employee relations. My career has enabled me to develop excellent people skills, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to provide effective and professional support to employees and managers at all levels.

Currently, I am working as an HR Advisor in the education sector, where I also previously held the role of Employee Relations Advisor within the same group. Prior to this, I gained extensive HR generalist experience in a variety of organisations through agency contracts, giving me adaptability and the ability to work successfully in different environments.

I also spent over 10 years with WM Morrison’s PLC, where I built a strong foundation in HR administration and advisory work. My responsibilities included recruitment, drafting contracts and offer letters, managing probation and maternity processes, absence management, immigration and right-to-work checks, employee relations casework, and handling joiner and leaver processes. I was also involved in a project focused on time and attendance, producing key reports directly for the CEO.

In addition to my HR background, my nine years in customer service and complaints management have further strengthened my ability to build trust, resolve issues effectively, and maintain strong working relationships. These experiences have made me highly approachable, resilient, and solutions-focused in my approach.

I am eager to bring my HR expertise, adaptability, and commitment to continuous development to Bestway Wholesale. I am confident that my skills and experience will allow me to contribute positively to the HR function while supporting the organisation’s people strategy. I am also keen to take on new projects, embrace challenges, and continue expanding my professional knowledge.
