About
I’m currently Head of Learning & Development and Internal Communications at Five Guys, where I lead the learning and performance agenda across four countries, supporting around 10,000 employees.
My role started with an L&D focus, but it has evolved into broader areas such as engagement, apprenticeships, talent, performance and succession, because I tend to look at the root cause of capability or performance challenges rather than just responding with learning solutions.
A key part of my work has been bringing more structure and consistency to how we build capability, for example, introducing a performance framework, career pathways, blended learning, and practical manager tools to support development in role.
Before that, I spent many years at Pret A Manger in global roles, supporting international growth and building scalable learning frameworks across markets. That gave me strong experience balancing global consistency with local needs.
Overall, I see my strength as connecting learning, talent and performance in a practical way that supports the business.
