About

I'm a People & Culture leader and Chief of Staff with 10+ years across creative and digital agencies, and a genuine belief that the way people feel at work shapes everything else.

I've spent my career sitting at the intersection of culture, strategy and operations. Whether I'm building people functions from the ground up, working alongside a CEO as their most trusted operational partner, or walking into a fragmented business and helping it find its feet again - I bring the same things every time: honest conversations, clear thinking, and genuine care for the humans involved.

I've led culture transformations, built OKR and performance frameworks, designed maternity returner programmes, rebuilt operations infrastructure, and acted as a sounding board for boards and leadership teams who needed someone to name the hard stuff with care.

I'm equally comfortable as a Head of People & Culture, Chief of Staff, or senior EA - and I've learned that the best version of any of those roles is the same thing: being the person a business genuinely couldn't function without.

I'm always open to conversations about interesting people, culture and operations challenges, particularly in purpose-led, values-driven businesses where the work actually means something.
