About

I have been in a purely HR based roles for last 11 years, prior to this I was an Operational Manager for Sainsburys.
I have been with Martin Brower for 8 years, completing roles from HR Advisor, Multi Site HR Advisor, Multi Site HR Manager and currently HR Manager for the Basingstoke DC. This role is very generalist but main focuses are ER activity, people development, absence management and partnering with the General Manager to achieve and deliver on their people agenda.

Outside of work I have a wife, 3 young children and coach football in my spare time
