I am a People strategy and transformation leader who helps scaling businesses build structure without losing pace. I innovate and automate where it makes sense and propels the business forward through its people. Most recently at an FTC at Vertical Aerospace, I have worked with an experienced exec team on performance frameworks, workforce planning and levelling and capability models as the business transitions from a small R&D start up into manufacturing scale by 2028. Before that at Preqin I led transformation work during integration into BlackRock, aligning systems, structure and performance globally. The common thread is building clarity around performance, structure and leadership so businesses can scale effectively.
