I am a motivated HR and data-driven professional with a strong foundation in people management, HR operations, and organisational process improvement. With an MSc in Human Resource Management (Distinction) and currently pursuing CIPD Level 5, I bring a balanced blend of analytical capability and people-focused expertise.
I have hands-on experience supporting HR functions including employee onboarding, training coordination, HR data management, compliance tracking, and audit support across organisations such as Tata Consultancy Services, Amazon, and GAO Tek. I have successfully managed HR operations for workforces of 400+ employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day functioning.
In my recent roles, I have also developed strong skills in HR data analysis and reporting, using tools like Excel, HRIS, ServiceNow, and Power BI to improve data quality, identify gaps, and support strategic decision-making. I am particularly interested in leveraging data to enhance employee experience, streamline HR processes, and support organisational growth.
