Over 15 years of cross industry HR experience, more recently in the SaaS space operating at a strategic level and 5 years of team management, I have the ability to pivot quickly in a business setting where change is constant and culture is a challenge.
I have an ability to adapt quickly whilst passionately and successfully delivering against desired results for the business.
In my current role, I have already demonstrated the ability to build strong trusted relationships in a matrixed and global organisation, successfully influencing stakeholders in more challenging situations.
Most recently, I have worked in organisations going through a significant change and transformation at WithSecure whilst meeting VCP objectives to transition to an AI-native organisation.
At SEGA I have designed and led the Talent Management strategy and rolled out across the business successfully.
