I would consider myself a strategic and commercially focused HR leader with extensive experience operating across global, multi-territory organisations.
I'm currently Group Head of HR for an international sports hospitality business, leading the group HR function across multiple group companies and regions including the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
I'm highly experienced in developing and embedding people strategies that drive organisational performance, employee engagement, and cultural alignment. As a trusted partner to senior leadership, and a member of the Senior Executive Team, I have a strong track record of delivering complex global initiatives spanning HR transformation, systems implementation, global mobility, and compliance.

I am CIPD Level 7 qualified, with knowledge of UK, European, and Middle Eastern employment frameworks. I enjoy working with people and bring a pragmatic, solutions driven approach.
