I’m a Talent, Learning & Development professional with more than 20 years’ experience helping people build their skills, grow their careers and perform at their best, while supporting businesses to deliver their goals.
My experience spans learning strategy, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, performance management and employee engagement. More recently, I’ve shaped and delivered career pathways, skills frameworks, high-potential development and leadership programmes.
I’ve led large, geographically dispersed teams and worked closely with senior leaders to deliver learning and talent solutions that support business priorities. I’m naturally operational and enjoy turning complex challenges into practical solutions that make a real difference.
Having successfully moved from financial services into manufacturing, I know I can adapt quickly, understand a new business and make an impact. I’m motivated by roles where I can keep learning, feel challenged and add value, while creating an inclusive environment where people feel supported and confident to grow.
