Senior HR Business Partner and HR Advisor with over 10 years across the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR systems and policy. At Purcell Architecture, I lead strategic people projects for a 320 employee, Partner-led practice, including a Cezanne HR recruitment implementation supporting 24 direct hires and an estimated £315k reduction in agency spend, and the policy response to the Employment Rights Act changes.
At Odin Vision, I managed employee relations and HR integration through an acquisition by Olympus, building a manager capability framework and coaching managers through complex cases during major organisational change.
At Inner Circle Consulting, I owned the full HR lifecycle end to end, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and employment law, and implemented BreatheHR to modernise core people processes.
