Learning & Development Manager with 17 years’ experience designing and delivering learning solutions across complex, multi-site organisations. Background spans early careers onboarding (300+ staff inducted), compliance and systems training, and train-the-trainer accreditation at scale, including a programme that lifted compliance from 64% to 94%. I’ve managed a training partnership with an external client end-to-end, from understanding their business needs through to designing, delivering and evaluating the learning solution, and I’ve built and led accredited trainer networks across 15+ sites. I design the content I deliver, including accessible ADHD-friendly and dyslexia-friendly formats, and I’m equally comfortable facilitating in person and virtually.
