Hello! I love working with people and helping them achieve their full potential, whether that’s through 1:1 coaching or engaging group training sessions. I have completed my Level 3 CIPD qualification in Learning and Development, giving me a strong foundation in coaching, facilitation and creating engaging learning experiences.

Outside of work, I lead a run club twice a week, where I enjoy bringing people together, motivating others and building connections with new people. I’m naturally confident, approachable and passionate about helping others feel supported and empowered to achieve their goals.
