I build functions from zero and the people inside them. Most recently Head of EMEA Business Development at Precisely, where I built the outbound playbook and scaled the team from 7 to 11. Before that, I rebuilt a distressed £1M+ account at Anchor Safety and grew it 45%. CELTA-qualified in adult learning — I've run live LMS platforms and built the coaching and career pathway structure that took my team from individual contributors to leaders.
