I’m a recent graduate with a BSc (Hons) in Forensic Psychology from The Open University, completed alongside four years of part-time work in customer-facing retail roles. That combination has given me a genuine mix of academic rigour and real-world people skills — I’m comfortable analysing information carefully, writing clear and detailed reports, and communicating confidently with people from all backgrounds.
Day to day, I bring strong organisation, close attention to detail, and a calm, professional approach to handling sensitive information — skills built through consistently juggling study, coursework, and a demanding retail role without letting standards slip in either.
I’m currently building toward a career in HR and compliance, and I’m studying towards the CISI Fundamentals of Financial Services qualification alongside my current role. I’m proactive, adaptable, and genuinely motivated to keep learning — whether that’s picking up new systems quickly, taking on a varied workload, or developing my professional knowledge further.
