About

I'm a Leadership Development and Culture Transformation Lead who builds leadership capability that shows up on the P&L.

Most recently at the John Lewis Partnership, I delivered the flagship "Leading in the Partnership" programme to 750 senior leaders accountable for 68,000+ employees, achieving 91% programme advocacy and an embedded sustainability strategy including an AI leadership coaching toolkit.

I also headed up a strategic sprint to reset their entire EVP from attraction to alumni in just ten weeks.

Earlier, as Growth & Strategy Partner at Wonder London, I drove the people and performance side of a 5-year growth plan that took turnover from £2.6m to £21.5m and tripled headcount.

My specialism is AI-led L&D design: scalable, measurable programmes that connect leadership behaviour to commercial outcomes. I've coached leaders across Google, Pinterest, Netflix, Virgin Atlantic, L'Oréal and Diageo, and I'm a qualified transformational coach.
