I’m a senior HR & People professional who works best where people, culture and business performance meet.

Over 15+ years, I’ve partnered with leaders across media, music, creative, professional services and global organisations — helping businesses navigate growth, transformation, M&A, restructuring and the everyday challenges of building great teams.

My approach is simple: understand the business, understand the people, and turn that insight into practical action.

My experience spans strategic HR partnering, employee relations, UK & international employment, talent and workforce planning, performance, reward, culture, DEI, wellbeing, organisational change and HR transformation.

I’m equally comfortable shaping strategy with senior leadership teams or rolling up my sleeves to solve the problem in front of us.

I’ve supported HR functions from the ground up, supported post-acquisition integration, led complex change and ER, improved people processes and coached leaders through difficult conversations — always balancing employee experience with commercial outcomes.
