About
I was excited to read the job description since it aligns with my strong background in those areas and what I'm looking for in the next step of my career. Coming from the tech industry in a start-up with upscale phase, at Arduino, my efforts in upscaling and improving people processes and digitalization led to its acquisition by tech giant Qualcomm.
I have 13 years experience in various HR functions, of which 7 years in a fast-paced international environment working towards EMEA, APAC and AMER in matrix organizations. I've worked with change and transformation projects, HRIS implementations, led organizational design initiatives, led performance management review cycles and succession planning programs, designed, led and evaluated learning programs, coached managers and leadership teams in performance management and ER cases, launched employee engagement initiatives, developed and championed EVP and values to drive employer branding, developed policies and procedures and more.
I'm currently HR Manager and Talent Management Lead for the global tech company Arduino, which I was a key contributor in upscaling, implementing and improving people processes that led to its acquisition by Qualcomm. At Arduino, for the past ca 4 years and counting, a founder-led company under expansion and scale-up, I'm supporting 40 employees locally in all-round HR matters and 200+ employees globally in Talent Management matters (recruitment, performance management, coaching). I have also helped to scale the company with 40+ employees during my time here, from 160 to 200+, and led change and restructuring processes, implemented a people strategy and OKR system, led the performance management cycle and implemented talent management frameworks, oversaw compliance and coached management in labor law cases, conducted role mapping exercises to establish clearer roles and scalable organizational structure, assisted in acquiring ISO27001 and supporting the overall GTM and R&D function. Most recently, I have been working on organizational design, due diligence, and M&A.
Apart from this I'm also a seasonal guest lecturer in data analytics in a HR master's program at University of Gothenburg. As a continuous learner with a growth mindset I am also completing a CIPD Level 7 in Strategic People Management at the moment as well as wrapping up a MSc. in Project Management.
