About
I bring more than 15 years’ experience in Learning & Development, workforce capability and transformation, with a strong track record of designing and leading enterprise-wide learning and capability initiatives across complex, international and multi-stakeholder environments. My experience includes developing enterprise academy structures, competency and capability frameworks, role-based learning pathways, workforce readiness programmes and digital learning ecosystems, all closely aligned to business priorities and future skills requirements. I have worked extensively with senior leaders, technical and operational stakeholders, external partners and geographically dispersed teams, translating strategic workforce challenges into practical, scalable and measurable capability solutions. I am particularly comfortable operating in transformation environments where priorities are evolving, governance is critical and L&D needs to demonstrate clear business value rather than simply deliver learning activity.
A particular strength is the combination of strategic L&D leadership with digital and AI-enabled workforce transformation. At NEOM, I helped develop enterprise capability structures supporting multiple sectors, introduced role-based learning pathways, supported Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI adoption, and developed AI-enabled learning and capability solutions using Copilot, Power Automate and analytics. I have also led learning technology, governance, partner integration, capability analytics and skills-gap activity, with a consistent focus on workforce readiness, behavioural adoption and measurable impact. This experience gives me a strong foundation for helping ERM progress towards a skills-based organisation, connecting skills and proficiency requirements with career pathways and learning, while embedding AI-enabled approaches into the way learning is designed, delivered and managed. I also bring consulting experience and strong commercial awareness, enabling me to engage credibly with senior stakeholders and ensure learning strategy remains closely connected to business transformation, client delivery and organisational growth.
