I am currently seeking my next career challenge and have attached my CV for your review. I am looking for suitable senior positions within Learning & Development (L&D), Workforce/Resource Planning, Early Careers, or HR Business Partnering. I am looking for an organisation where I can fully embed myself & develop my existing skills. I started my CIPD level 5, self-funded and supported, & I am keen to pick this back up, with support.
As you will see from my attached CV, I currently work as a Learning, Resource & Competence Development Manager at Airbus in Filton. In this role, I lead end-to-end strategic resource planning, talent pipelines, and compliance for major operational divisions. I also bring over 15 years of prior high-stakes experience across Youth Justice and Social Care, giving me unique strengths in multi-agency governance, risk management, and team leadership. I live in Somerset (BS27) and would ideally prefer local opportunities. However, as my current role is based at the Filton Plant, I am very happy to continue commuting to Bristol for the right position. I am specifically seeking organisations that offer flexible, hybrid working arrangements as a core benefit.
