I have spent over 25 years in Talent Management/L&D, having built and implemented career pathways, capability frameworks, talent and succession reviews with international organisations such as Burberry and Brambles Ltd. I've led and designed high potential Leadership Programmes, and as an ILM7 qualified Executive Coach I am comfortable interacting and guiding the development of senior, C-Suite leaders, as well as leading the rollout of award-winning learning initiatives such as the Data Literacy programme at Brambles.
