I’m currently open to leadership, training, learning & development, and people-focused roles as I relocate to London, England in October.

I’m a leadership and people development professional with 14 years experience in the optical industry, spanning regional management, training leadership, and multi-site operations.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: when people feel supported, performance follows.

I specialise in developing leaders who are confident, emotionally intelligent, and grounded, helping them move away from burnout-driven leadership into sustainable, heart-centred performance. I bring structure, simplicity, and systems thinking together with human connection and self-awareness.

Alongside my corporate background, I work in somatics and nervous system coaching, which has shaped how I approach leadership, resilience, communication, and behaviour change. This blend allows me to support individuals and teams at both a strategic and human level.
