I have 21 years of experience in HR with a solid foundation in Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Policy implementation. I hold a Master’s in Human Resources Management and am an Associate Member of the CIPD, with a proven track record of resolving complex ER cases and supporting employee wellbeing.

In my previous role as a Regional HR Services Administrator at Lidl’s Regional Distribution Centre, I act as the key point for the Onboarding process which involves contract management, absence management, family leave and any HR queries etc.

Previously, at BWI Group, I led various ER processes including grievances, disciplinaries, and redundancy consultations in partnership with trade unions. My work supported the closure of the UK arm of the business and required a sensitive, structured approach to change management. I also produced HR metrics and data insights to guide leadership decision-making.

At Lagardere Travel Retail, I managed a broad range of employee relations matters including misconduct, performance issues, and fairness at work concerns. I was instrumental in ACAS conciliations and created a structured induction programme to support new hires and improve staff retention. My collaborative nature and attention to detail allowed me to build trust with employees while ensuring legal compliance.

My experience within the public sector at St Albans City & District Council also gave me a clear understanding of local authority procedures, governance, and the importance of transparent employee relations practices.
