About

I have over 20 years of experience leading enterprise learning functions and designing and delivering global learning programmes, mostly in financial services and engineering. My clients have included HSBC, Airbus, Citi, the FCA, Thomson Reuters and Accenture.

These have included setting up global learning functions from scratch, supporting large learning transformation programmes including operating model and service offering design, defining leadership expectations, strategic alignment with new business strategies, Board, CEO/Country leader and MD leadership programmes, and management essentials programmes. These programmes have made heavy use of AI for diagnostics and development.

Some of the impact of my work has included the doubling of investment in learning, 150% ROI in global leadership programmes, best practice in M&A recognition and industry awards.
