Having worked in the world of education and student development, I am now firmly in the world of L&D as an operational trainer.
Responsible for delivering engaging induction programs that enhance the skills, performance, and confidence of our employees, ensuring they are able to provide life saving help to customers, utilising my skills in facilitation and e-learning creation to ensure all learners have a fantastic well rounded experience, that sets them up for their current job and beyond.
I am passionate about wellbeing, development, and sustainability. I have a strong skill set in campaigns, events, community building, as well as social media, customer service and public speaking. I particularly enjoy running training days & presentations for a wide variety of audiences.
