Recruitment leader with over 15 years’ experience across education and the not-for-profit sector, with particular expertise in candidate attraction and resourcing. I have led recruitment teams and functions across recruitment delivery, operations, people development, marketing, partnerships, systems and process improvement. My experience is both strategic and hands-on, from building candidate pipelines and winning new business to developing teams and improving how recruitment functions operate. At Envision Education, this included increasing candidate registration conversion from 53% to 69% and leading sales activity to deliver a 13% increase in placements.
