Glad to meet you, I’m Mebaai Shabong from Shillong. Looking forward to work with you someday.
I had done my schooling, also my college degree. Finish my Bachelor degree in Tourism and Travel Management from Shillong & My masters from Guwahati, Assam.

My area of interest is in HR Department. My work ethic is simple _ I don’t want my work to impact only on the organisation but also to reflect a positive change among the team. Pursue for Growth in myself and as well for the organisation. I push the team members to do more than just their training’s but to also upgrade in their skills, personality, behaviour, lifestyle. It’s more of I learn from them and they learn from me. Exchange of information & knowledge. Nobody is perfect but day by day we built to Grow as a Team.
I had to leave my sports career behind because of my education career but now I’m still doing light exercise to make my body fit & fine.

If I’ll get a chance again to be in sports that’ll be a huge opportunity 😇. But I like to workout on my own. Build myself both physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally.

Why Hr? Because I Love to help the employees when in need. Not just to help but to make sure the target 🎯 is done. I understand many employees face a lot of pressure so it’s our goal to help them and make sure they are all OK !.. also to protect the organisation Reputation.
