Throughout my career I've noticed the same pattern: organisations rarely fail because they lack strategy, they fail because the architecture around people makes the desired behaviours difficult to sustain. That's why I'm fascinated by capability architecture, organisational design and behavioural systems, which are all interweaving threads of the same challenge.
From commercial leadership in FMCG and retail to global enterprise transformation, I've built capability functions, adoption strategies and learning ecosystems that help organisations embed change at scale. As both an individual contributor and a team leader, I've built initiatives and functions from scratch and brought consistency and standardization to drive quality, strategy-oriented results.
I enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, creating environments where talented people become force multipliers for one another and leaving behind systems that continue to succeed long after the original programme has finished.
I'm always interested in conversations about organisational design, capability strategy, behavioural science, practical applications of AI and how we build organisations that don't depend on heroes, but create them.
