About

I am a Master's student in Business Analytics at Aston University with a strong professional background and around three years of experience across business development, sales, retail, hospitality and warehouse operations. I am a hardworking, adaptable and self-motivated individual who enjoys working with people and contributing effectively within a team. My experience has helped me develop strong communication, customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Previously, I worked as a Senior Business Development Executive at Shourov Fabrics and Weaving, where I managed client relationships, coordinated orders and documentation, conducted market research, supported pricing decisions and monitored operational expenses. I also gained experience preparing Proforma Invoices and Back-to-Back Letter of Credit documentation.

Alongside my business experience, I have developed practical customer-facing skills through my roles as a Sales Assistant at Sailor and Waiting Staff/Waiter at Chick and Chill. These roles strengthened my customer service, cash handling, POS, stock management, teamwork and communication abilities. More recently, I worked as a Warehouse Operative at DHL, where I gained experience in parcel picking, sorting, scanning, loading, dispatching and palletising in a fast-paced environment.
My key skills include Microsoft Office, customer relations, cash handling, teamwork, time management, strategic planning, leadership, adaptability and basic food preparation and hygiene awareness.

One of my key achievements is completing my BBA in Human Resource Management from North South University with a CGPA of 3.60 out of 4.00, and I am now further developing my analytical and business skills through my MSc in Business Analytics at Aston University.

Overall, I bring a combination of academic knowledge, professional experience and a strong willingness to learn. I am reliable, customer-focused and comfortable working in fast-paced environments, and I aim to use my skills and experience to make a positive contribution to any organisation I work with.
