A senior talent and leadership development strategist with over 30 years of experience, progressing from Senior Consultant to Senior Manager within EY in four years. Unusually positioned at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy, combining the commercial rigour of a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with deep expertise in leadership development, talent capability and organisational effectiveness.
