I'm a Learning & Development professional with 8+ years' experience designing learning experiences, enabling digital adoption and supporting organisational change across complex, multi-market organisations.

Throughout my career, I've worked at the intersection of learning, technology, employee experience and organisational capability from implementing learning technology across 33 EMEA markets, to designing blended learning experiences, improving digital adoption and using data and employee insight to shape development strategies.

I'm particularly passionate about making complex things simple and engaging, whether that's translating business needs into learning experiences, helping people adopt new technology and ways of working, or turning data and feedback into meaningful action.

I enjoy working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, bringing people together, creating structure from ambiguity and finding practical, creative solutions to business challenges.

I'm particularly interested in the future of work, digital learning, AI-enabled ways of working, employee experience and how organisations can create environments where people can learn, grow and do their best work.
