Global Learning & Development and organizational capability leader with 15+ years of international experience across EMEA, APAC, the Americas and the Middle East. I currently lead a global customized learning function, shaping learning, leadership and workforce capability solutions for multinational organizations across 25+ countries.

My experience spans global learning strategy, leadership development, early careers and graduate transition, onboarding, capability building, learning portfolio transformation and organizational change. I have led multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams, redesigned global onboarding and development pathways, and partnered with senior stakeholders to translate business and workforce priorities into scalable learning solutions.

I bring a psychology and organizational wellbeing background alongside strong commercial and operational experience, with a particular focus on creating learning that is practical, inclusive and measurable. More recently, I have championed AI-enabled transformation within learning, modernizing content development, quality and learning operations while supporting teams to build confidence and capability in new ways of working.
