I have experience of embedding culture change, organisational development, learning, policy and inclusion at a strategic level in large, complex organisations. I am experienced in employee engagement, business partnering, trade union, recruitment, casework, programme management and have qualifications as a trainer, mediator, mental health first aider and in project management.

I bring my intersectional lived experience, which lends authenticity, credibility, connection and insight. My motivation is to make a meaningful impact, and improve fairness, experience and culture.
