Organisational Development and Talent leader with over 20 years' experience coaching senior leaders, diagnosing organisational effectiveness challenges and delivering measurable improvements in leadership capability, performance and engagement across global organisations.
Currently Director of Talent & Organisational Development for GBG, a 1,050-person global technology business operating across the UK, APAC and Americas. I lead a team of 3 Learning Business Partners and am responsible for all learning systems, programmes and technology that we use across GBG. Trusted adviser to Executive and Senior Leadership Teams, combining leadership coaching, mentoring, psychometric assessment, organisational diagnosis and large-scale transformation expertise to help leaders raise performance, strengthen accountability and improve organisational outcomes.
I started out my career in Core HR, managing small HR teams and leading ER casework, restructures and redundancies. FCIPD qualified and a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute, I use my core HR knowledge and expertise to inform my insights and organisational development.
