About the Role

As Organisational Design Lead, you will:

Lead the design and implementation of organisational structures that support strategic priorities and service excellence.
Collaborate with senior leaders to align people, processes, and systems with our long-term vision.
Champion innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement across the authority.
Use data-driven insights to inform design decisions and measure impact.
Manage complex change programmes with empathy, clarity, and purpose.

About You

You will bring:

Proven experience in organisational design, transformation, or strategic HR within large, complex organisations.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
A deep understanding of public sector challenges and opportunities.
Expertise in change management, workforce planning, and service redesign.
A passion for creating inclusive, high-performing environments.
