We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Partner to join a respected global business with a strong presence in the North East. It’s a brand that’s proud of its people and culture, but there’s plenty still to be shaped and improved.
This newly created role will give you the chance to show how great internal recruitment can truly change a business. You’ll bring experience of managing end-to-end hiring, building processes from scratch, and reviewing how employer brand, job adverts, and candidate communication reflect a company’s values. You’ll be the person who turns ideas into structure, consistency and results.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and deliver recruitment across all departments, ensuring a consistent, inclusive, and positive candidate experience
- Build a direct sourcing model to reduce reliance on agencies and create measurable savings in recruitment spend
- Partner with managers to develop recruitment knowledge and confidence across the business
- Shape the employer brand and how the company and its roles are presented internally and externally
- Create content and campaigns that highlight the culture, employee experience, and career opportunities
- Strengthen early careers and apprenticeship recruitment through relationships with local providers
- Use recruitment data to track progress, evidence impact, and continuously improve
What we’re looking for
Someone who brings:
- Proven internal recruitment experience within a busy, fast-paced organisation
- A track record of creating or improving recruitment processes and driving measurable results
- Experience reviewing and elevating employer branding and candidate experience
- The confidence to influence and collaborate with stakeholders from day one
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset with plenty of energy and potential to grow
- Strong communication and project management skills
What’s in it for you
- £40,000 – £42,000 salary
- Hybrid working and flexible hours
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Up to 8% matched pension
- Life assurance (6x salary)
- Enhanced family leave
- Wellbeing and development support
This fixed-term role would suit someone who’s motivated by progress. There’s plenty to build, measure, and improve, and the work you do will have a lasting impact on the people and the business. There’s also genuine potential for it to become permanent.
