Job Title:HR Program Manager – Employee Engagement & Inclusion
Location: UK- Remote
Duration:- 12 Months
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate regular meetings and touchpoints with leaders across EMEA & APAC.
- Project manage heritage month and other key programming, enabling resource groups to efficiently deliver impactful community events.
- Produce presentations, planning documents, and communications to support ERG initiatives and events.
- Provide event management support for major programming and heritage month launches.
- Collaborate with Community Engagement Managers and cross-functional partners to help ERGs develop proactive roadmaps, manage core processes, and deliver programming efficiently.
- Oversee core ERG processes, including lead recruitment, event planning, and budget management.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency using project management best practices and automation.
- Track and measure the impact of ERG programming using qualitative and quantitative metrics.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of program or project management experience.
- Background in human resources, employee engagement, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience supporting ERGs or similar communities to deliver events and communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in global or matrixed organizations.
- Experience working with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, ideally in EMEA & APAC.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, summarize input, build consensus, and execute initiatives end-to-end.
