People & Culture Officer - Fixed Term Contract (until April 2026) ?? Location: Hybrid (London-based)?? Salary: Circa £35,000
Are you an HR professional who loves working with data, systems, and people? One of our long standing trusted clients are looking for a People & Culture Officer to join them on on a fixed-term contract until April 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact across HR operations, recruitment, compliance and employee engagement. If you're confident with HR systems, highly skilled in Excel, and have a data-driven mindset, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing - Maintain accurate HR data and optimise HR systems (PeopleHR and TeamTailor experience is a plus).
- Lead on boarding and induction processes for new starters.
- Oversee compliance checks, including right-to-work verification.
- Support recruitment campaigns and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Coordinate training initiatives and assist with performance and pay reviews.
- Drive culture projects and internal communications to embed organisational values.
What Our Client is Looking For - Previous HR experience with strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Experience with HR systems (PeopleHR and TeamTailor desirable).
- Knowledge of GDPR and handling confidential information.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to stay calm under pressure.
