HR Manager – Coventry (On-Site)
About the RoleOur client, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their Group HR team at their Global Commercial site in Coventry. This is a full-time, on-site position (5 days per week) that will play a key role in delivering HR transformation projects and supporting complex, EU-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR & Transformation
- Lead HR transformation projects across multiple regions.
- Support organisational design and development programmes.
- Drive cultural alignment, engagement, and inclusion.

Global Mobility & Compliance
- Manage global mobility programmes and visa processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation across jurisdictions.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with senior leaders to advise on workforce planning and organisational change.
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR priorities and employee engagement.

HR Delivery & Employee Lifecycle
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, reward, learning and development, employee relations, and HR analytics.
- Support managers in capability building and performance improvement.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience leading complex HR programmes from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment law across multiple countries.
- Background in global, commercial, or automotive environments.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English; additional European languages desirable.
- Degree in Business, HR, or related field; CIPD Chartered (or equivalent) preferred.
