Description
- Develop and implement people and culture strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Lead on employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support workforce planning and talent management processes.
- Oversee performance management and organisational development programmes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to address HR-related challenges effectively.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in HR management.
Profile
A successful Senior P&C professional should have:
- Proven expertise within the Human Resources sector, particularly in the Retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in implementing people and culture strategies effectively.
- Ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders with confidence.
- Proficiency in analysing HR data and presenting actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Offer
